A：ナースの定年は６０〜６５歳くらいまでがほとんど。でも現場では７０代や中には８０代も！年代別では、２０代や新卒は病院勤務が多いが、３０代、４０代の既婚者となると、外来やクリニック勤務が多いようです　病棟でもパート勤務が可能な所も多いようです　また、保育園や老人ホーム、デイサービスなどでの勤務でも活躍されてる方は多いです　少し年齢層が高めな傾向です　また期間限定の派遣ナースとして働く人も多いです　

Q：どうやってみつけてるの？

A：知り合いのナースのツテを頼って見つけてる事が多いようです　確かに求人募集など年齢不問とあっても不採用になることが多く、なかなか、難しいようですね・・・ですが、知り合いのツテならお墨付きのようなもので、採用側も安心です　皆さんの声を募集しています
