A：主に腰痛が多いようです ADLが自立していないPtの介助やトランスなどで負傷するナースが多いようです

A：あります 病院の外来やクリニック、施設、デイービスなどで活躍されてます 病棟などは正看護師の比率により国からの補助金の関係で制限されてる事があります
Q：やはり准看護師より正看護師の資格を取得した方がいいの？
A：キャリアや仕事の幅を広げたいなどの希望があれば正看護師の取得をお勧めします

A：はい、現場にいると辛いことやプレッシャーなどで落ち込んでいたりする事があります そんな時、患者様から「いつも髪キレイに結ってるね」「いつもありがとう」と言われますと、悲しい気持ちが吹っ飛んだりします。今までは看護師としてお世話をしている、自分達が支えていると思い込んでいたのが、実は自分自身が患者様に支えられてると気付かされたりします・・・人は互いに支え、支えられてるんだと初めて知りました。この時から看護師としての意識が変わりました
